For a Visa hackathon, my team pitched GenuineGPT, an internal chatbot service designed to streamline employee workflows while aligning with Visa’s values and principles.

Project Vision
While ChatGPT offers powerful capabilities, our solution addressed the need for a Visa-specific experience. Instead of employees accessing an external ChatGPT platform, GenuineGPT would live on a secure, internal Visa-hosted application. Employees would be automatically signed in on their devices through their Visa credentials, allowing the system to:

• Understand their user in terms of role and years of experience within the company.

• Deliver personalized prompt suggestions relevant to a user’s needs

• Deliver a customized educational page featuring tailored resources, tools, and learning materials that align with their specific job function and career growth at Visa.

Designing the Chat Experience
To make VisaGPT even more intuitive and effective, I reimagined the ChatGPT interface with the following enhancements:

• Prompt Templates: Built-in prompt suggestions to help employees kickstart their conversations, particularly for those unfamiliar with crafting effective ChatGPT queries.

• Guided Questions: Suggested questions and exploration paths aligned with Visa’s core values, encouraging employees to integrate company principles into their workflows.

• Interactive Features: Tools to streamline common tasks, such as generating reports, learning Visa workflows, or developing growth plans.
